Why am I having problems downloading the new Family Tree Builder update?
Since the Family Tree Builder program is rather large it is possible that your download ended prematurely.
This can cause your file to be corrupted in your browser cache, so even when you download it again, it remains corrupted.
The solution to this is to download a fresh copy with a different filename.
Please download the new file here.

Our team is working in reducing the size of Family Tree Builder in future versions, so that this problem will occur less frequently.
